Bridge inspection, barge rental, marine salvage and tugboat jobs.
Below is the citation presented to Mike McDevitt
and Captain Bob Mitchel from the Commander, Group Boston. This is what a 'family owned business' is all about. Mike's mom, Captain Judy McDevitt, was one of the first
women in the United States to have an unlimited Master's License. Mike's dad Ed was the Hull Harbormaster until his retirement
and is a Coast Guard vet. Sisters Capt. Judy McDevitt and Capt. Christine McDevitt are professional mariners. Brother
Capt. Ed McDevitt owns his own tug and often works with Mike. In addition to being honored by the Hull Selectmen McDevitt and Mitchel have been nominated for the Joshua James
Lifesaving Award.

A picture is worth a thousand words. We started small, and worked up to big turbo powered twin screw tugs.

|
| Humble beginings, the tug Rockland was one of our first. |

|
| In the 1980's we purchased various tugs, some of which were owned by the government. |

|
| Today we have a variety of tugs to match your needs. |

| Oct. 07, 2007 t/v Commander with empty 84 foot barge. The right tug at the right price, no overkill. |
Our Philosophy
The right tug at the right price. You don't need a twin screw 100 foot monster to move a 40
foot barge around the harbor. We fit the tug and the price to the job.
When you do need a big tug, our prices will make you glad you called.
